Millions are bereft now that the summer Olympics are over. "What do I watch now?" is the common refrain so in this gallery, we give you the answer.
The London 2012 Paralympics, Channel 4 from 29 August - Channel 4 vows to make history and broadcast the Games like never before. The broacaster's plans include 150 hours of TV coverage, dedicated apps and live web streaming. Clare Balding, the undisputed star of the BBC's summer Olympics programming, presents alongside the likes of Jon Snow and Ade Adepitan.
Why you should watch: Are you kidding me? It's a chance to cheer on more British athletes.

The athletes in the Paralympics are more deserving of your support and encouragement than those in the Olympics.
They have overcome more problems than cramp or pulled ligaments to compete in their chosen sports, and all you can do is provide a listing of programmes that people can watch whilst the Paralympics are being televised on one TV channel.
You make me want to puke!
Don't these peoples achievements count as much because they are disabled?
They are worth MORE!!
I suppose now that all the fireworks and the Spice Girls have gone, MSN will have trouble finding anything to write about.

Georgie Middleton, you really are a piece of work. Clare Balding was one of if not the best Olympic presenter on tv. With her clear, articulate, knowledgeable, straightforward and friendly manner, Clare was easily in the top 3.
