Britain's Got Talent 2013: Can Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden find a star?
EastEnders spoilers for the week commencing 7 May
Derek Branning is faced with a blast-from-the-past this week in EastEnders, when a girl who claims to be his daughter comes to visit him. Will the mystery girl soften the villain or will he send her packing?
Victoria Hills ( Metamorphous )
Congratulations ... you're the first idiot today who doesn't like a tv programme, who clicks on an article about it, and then leaves a comment attempting to insult people who do watch it !
So, while you're implying others should get a life, maybe you need to !
Talking of baddies ..... Another one that's ridiculous is Terry Duckworth in Coronation Street.
His acting is dreadful and the tougher he tries to be the more it makes me laugh !
I used to like Eastenders but it is so boring now.
The storylines are repeated time and time again.
How many more times will we find a character has a child from the past ?
As for the acting of a so-called baddie, Derek ( Jamie Foreman ) wouldn't scare anyone.
He's an appalling actor. Hope he leaves soon.
Jeff Rich (Shade of Sudds)
Although your comments made me laugh there are a few points that need correcting.
Some of the houses do have an upstairs, we have seen them.
People do talk in the kitchens...ie the Brannings and the Mitchells ( Phil's house).
They do talk about the Olympics, in fact Billy Mitchell was selected to hold the torch.
Finally, if, as you say, Eastenders is so dire, watched only by sad people with low attention span , how come you know so much about it ???
Terry Duckworth
He could not act from the very first day he joined the soap,
Sorry Yusuf, Jamie is Frankies SON.
I shall not be ringing you on phone a friend.
I sincerely believe there are just 2 types of folks who regularly watch soaps, the first being the stressed, intelligent and highly educated professional, who will just sit down and relax and chill out and watch but not get too caught up in the plot or storylines,as,lets face it,theyre too smart to be taken in by it and are just watching to relax and forget their troubles.
However the other group are a sad bunch of individuals who, usually are housewives or if not, lazy unmotivated types, often single parents (fat one s at that!) who cannot read very well or have any interest in current affairs, politics or any other very important topics that really effects them, due to the fact that they are likely hovering around an IQ score of 70 (borderline moron)
The second bunch are the ones who will react with anger and distain if anyone trys to inform them of their basic cerebral and intellectual malfunctions. This actually makes up about 80% of ther British populus. Its all very very sad.
Yeah right - you took the words right out of my mouth! Meatloaf. Bad grammar and spelling spoil any post, and tammy roche, what does "hes" mean?
I watch Eeastie but not every time. Corrie is my favourite, and The Chase with Bradley Walsh although it is not soap. Some of the (mainly young it seems) contestants are so ignorant it beggars belief. Someone thought Madonna had a hit record in the 60's.
omg from coronation street that little kid called simon peters son he is such a bad actor he should get a grammy for the worst actor not the best lol :)
i know hes just a kid but my dog could do better then him lol ![]()
