Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) has had his fair share of dilemmas throughout his time in Albert Square and now, he faces the new challenge of being an Olympic torchbearer.
In a special EastEnders episode, Billy has an anxiety nightmare about carrying the torch through London and at one point, he even dreams that his trousers fall down mid-run.
We reckon his face would be as red as the Olympic flame if that happened in real life!
In the episode, which will be available on the BBC Red Button Service on 16 July, Billy meets lots of famous faces - have a look through our gallery to find out who.

From this article and the script, seems to me someone could have had a back hander. Lots of black market stuff floating about in an event like this - not just tickets! Impossible to police. Whatever, i expect the viewer will be treated to a laugh. Light up indeed, assuming it won't be Billy Boy!
Let's hope we will see the benefits in the months to come. If the thousands turning out in our area for the torch, is anything to go by, the nation's economy and spirits will indeed be lifted, if not the weather!

Not only do we have this crap most nights of the week we are now starting on the road of special episodes.
If the bbc want to persist in screening this crap then remove the bbc,s government funding in favour of adverts or pay to view.
The licence fee must be technically illegal as it is basically government funding for a private company one wonders what would the bbc say if the government ever said we fund the channel you will show whatever we tell you to.

I can't stand Billy, he's such a looser. He used to share a flat with Heather and when she got murdered he told the newspaper something then showed everyone his picture on the front page of the paper about Heather's murder case. He really grinds on me.

He is probably the "best actor" in Eastenders. Not that I watch it nowadays, like Coronation Street, it lost the plot years ago. Time to move on Perry, and try something else! :)
