get rid of those two lazy layabout women in the Hardy's,s furniture advert in "Corrie" they are a complete turnoff and spoil the enjoyment of the programme it denigrates northern women,whom I,m sure dont normally behave that way. Time for a change of advert!!!

Leanne is the best thing to happen to Simon He has an alcoholic, woman chasing idiot for a father, who is totally selfish to bring a black widow like Carla into his home. Carla thinks of no one but herself, does she wear all that s... on her face to bed??? I expect so. She has not got a maternal bone in her body!! Poor Simon, he is a real cutie, bless him.

Who else But TD, would open a lap dancing club on Coronation Street? Meanwhile the affair between Sunita and Karl smoulders on (if smoulder is the right term). It's often said that "There's no smoke without fire," and there's certainly not much fire here." Not much chance of this couple putting Mills & Boon out of business, in the foreseeable future! Dev with the romantic Kismet style dreams v Karl the chancer whose idea of hot stuff is probably two poppadoms at the vindaloo and off to the bookies to lose his shirt on the next red hot favourite. Sally hints of the inevitable reunion with Kevin and it's believed that Kevin will ask aunt Pam to take the baby. Somehow, I can't see this happening. It may not be easy for Sally to take on Jack; being as he is, a constant reminder of Kevin's affair. However; Mollie is long dead and happy families may be on the beer mats, down at the Rover's.

I used to look forward to Corrie, but am getting a bit fed up with the returning 'old' characters. Seems they might be running out of ideas. Bring some new people into the Street and bring a freshness to the programme. I'm not saying get rid of any of the regulars from the street (except maybe David Platt and his awful Mrs!), but to have someone new to concentrate on would be good. Mind you, I don't know where they'd live - all the houses and flats are occupied - oh no, forgot: Amber's flat above Dev's is empty! Perhaps Terry will live there - so long as it's only for one episode! AND I thought Tracey Barlow was only going to be back for 6 months - that's long past and I wish she'd hurry and go for good. Maybe her and Terry could run away together never to be seen again...... they should let me write the scripts; I could probably do a better job at the moment.

I have to say what right has Terry Duckworth got coming back he was never there for Poor young TOMMY anyway that is why he was brought up in blackpool when his mother Lisa died , I do know that this is only a programe but it is ment to appear like real life i agree with alan cope

The best actor in Corrie is the lad who plays Simon, he was brilliant this week, his chat with ken Barlow
plus the way he acts with Leanne and Peter are beyond description for such a young performer..

watched every episode of Coronation st ,it gets better every week ; one of the best soap dramas on TV , let's hope it carries on for along time yet ;joe plum.

You're obviously, referring to the hotel scenes with Karl & Sunita where she is fleetingly seen in her underwear - hardly a simmering performance though she has been showing rather a lot of cleavage of late. In the meantime, Terry is recruited to hand out flyers for the new club 7th Heaven, blissfully unaware that it is to be a strip club. Ignorance is not bliss for poor Norris though, when he is confronted by a would be lap dancer in the Rover's and given a free performance. Norris most definitely isn't in seventh heaven but "me thinks that the gentleman doth protest too much."

Its about time they got rid of David Platt and his stupid wife also Tracey Barlow, Carla and Peter but leave Simon as he loves Leanne, she is the best thing that,s ever happened to that lovely little boy. Its about time corrie brought in some fresh faces and one,s that can act properly. With everything that,s going on corrie is getting to daft to watch, i used to watch it all the time and never ever missed an episode but not anymore. COME ON CORRIE BUCK YOUR IDEA,S UP.

I sincerely believe there are just 2 types of folks who regularly watch soaps,the first being the stressed,intelligent and highly educated professional,who will just sit down and relax and chill out and watch but not get too caught up in the plot or storylines,as,lets face it,theyre too smart to be taken in by it and are just watching to relax and forget their troubles.
However the other group are a sad bunch of individuals who,usually are housewives or if not,lazy unmotivated types,often single parents (fat one s at that!) who cannot read very well or have any interest in current affairs,politics or any other very important topics that really effects them,due to the fact that they are likely hovering around an IQ score of 70 (borderline moron)
The second bunch are the ones who will react with anger and distain if anyone trys to inform them of their basic cerebral and intellectual malfunctions.This actually makes up about 80% of ther British populus.Its all very very sad.
