Simon Cowell has denied the reports that he had a breakdown this summer. Simon told Ross King at the swanky launch party of The X Factor USA:
"Reports of my, whatever it was, are a little bit exaggerated. I mean I did turn my phone off for six weeks. Um because you know I had a lot going on, and sometimes...I would do, I would do it again next year. Just switch off, yeah switch off for six weeks, concentrate on all the things that are important, and you don't get all these crazy text messages and stuff."
The media mogul certainly looked in high-spirits at the launch, check out the above snap of him taking part in a handprint ceremony to celebrate the show's premiere. You'll never guess where he wiped his mucky palms though - flick through our gallery to find out.

Presumably those are the marks left after removing all the dosh that sticks to him like sh1t to a blanket. Who cares what the talentless, narcisstic sissy is doing with his mobile phone or where he puts it? Oh, I forgot. He does have one talent; using other people's to make LOADS OF MONEY and then claiming to be so beneficent when he condescends to spread a little largesse. It's good to see that X-Factor may soon be consigned to the dustbin of ITV history to repose with the rest of the reality TV rubbish that has lost its appeal recently.

He probably said it as a joke in his biography but at the same time he is not a self made millionaire for nothing and knew it would attract the attention of half of Britain-the 10%'s who will buy it......and add to his millions....

So what if he did or anyone, the brain is not perfect as we all find, one minute your up next your down it all depends on the amount of pressure we have in our lives a little or extreamly difficult to deal with.
