X Factor is all about finding the next big pop star so it makes sense for the hopefuls to look like pop stars. We've now reached the famous makeover stage of the contest - always a big favourite with fans. See the transformations in this gallery.
Oh Rylan! It's all a bit Legolas from Lords of the Rings (Orlando Bloom's character). It's either that or Jesus Christ Superstar, but with a peroxide Jesus.

Make overs? well, they look like they just bought them new clothes to be honest.
I guess it's better than the usual Janet Devlin disaster.
But how they managed to make 16 year old Ella look like she's in her 30's is beyond me. Why?

Ella really reminds me of the actress Elizabeth Shue can anyone else see the resemblance. Also I think Ella is the clear winner this year x good luck x

Have to say one or two look much better for the air brush technique and wellplaced make up. Yet this is all that it is and I guess it's a blast for these guys. For lets face it none are born to live this life and attention for more than the Xfactor. Ok Ellie and GMD3 could have a shelf life past the shows etc
