This week's X Factor delivered everything from tears to toe-curling cringing.
The surprise of the week was definitely Robbie Hance, 26, who revealed he's homeless. Reports say that since his audition he's allegedly gone missing and hasn't had any contact with the X Factor atall.
If he isn't found soon, reports say he may lose his place in the show.
Robbie told the judges: "I have always sung, I don't think there is anything else in my life that I do with such passion. This competition is obviously a big thing, it could add the element of security, it could change my life, definitely."
His rendition of Coconut Skins by Damien Rice was nothing short of amazing. Tulisa said: "Robbie, I am really glad that you came today. You look like someone that has been lost for a while and you lost confidence in your skill and I think you need to realise the potential you have and how good you are."
Louis told him: "Robbie I think you are a very talented guy but I don't think you have had a break in life and I think you absolutely deserve that."

brought tears to my eyes.if some 1 deserves to win and have a better life robbie deserves it 100%. hope x factor hear of him as states above They have not had any contact with him since. COULD DO WITH THE NEWSPAPERS TO PUT ON THERE BILL BOARDS FOR HIM TO CONTACT THEM . after all he is homeless and does not have a fixed address.

His life has hardly been that stable. It is hardly surprising if he exhibits some unstable behaviour.
Patience is seriously needed here. This guy needs a break, and the xfactor needs their story.
It is in everyone's best interest to stay calm and help the guy adjust.

When did he go missing .....from early summer this show is pre-recorded right up to the live shows, which haven't even started as yet. Had he not shown for Boot Camp, how long are they going to hold his place for ?...surely Boot Camp stage is almost over if not already.
They must have found a replacement before the planes set off for the " judges houses " did they wait for him or send him on a special flight later ?
Whatever the outcome is Good Luck to him and I hope he is ok. !

How sad that in 2012 we have people living on the streets its an outrage. All that money spent on hosting the olympics
and people sleeping on the street through lack of social housing. Its a DISGRACE I bet the visiting dignitaries were not shown around the
Doorrways and railway arches, soup kitchens and hostels while they were her admiring the OLYMPIC PARK Makes me so mad to think what could have been achieved with all the billions spent on 2 months of sport

I do hope they find this guy he was brilliant, shame to let him go i hope he gets intouch with the show so he can come back, he's homeless and he is sleeping rough, on t.v. this morning the news was
30,000 homes needed, how about the government stopping these imigrunts from coming in then maybe there will be homes to go around, there is no grounds for anyone to be homeless, if people are sleeping rough on the streets then i'm affraid its their own doing, in other words they want to live that way by prefference, but when i see them sitting by my local supermarket on the floor begging money from people then i think the line has to be drawn somewhere, they cant get a job without an address and they cant get a home without a job? its a vicious circle a catch 22 situation.

I was so moved by Robbie from the x-factor last night. This is what this country needs a great uplifting story. I hope he goes far in this competition and he gets some serious airtime to change his dreary outlook. He sounded like a genuinely nice guy and he is really talented. I wanted to reach into my TV and give him a hug. It's so unfair that this man is homeless but this is man is a symptom of this stupid country and the politics that does not protect our own vulnerable members of society.
A message to Mr Cowell, look after Robbie and make sure he goes the distance, he has the skill to do so but please make sure that his housing situation does not mean he has less opportunities to develop in the competition.

these people become homeless, don't pass judgement, just think yourselves lucky you have a roof over your head!
Not everyone chooses to live on the streets, circumstances dictate it sometimes!

To all the doubters
Unless you have worked or been in that situation you will have no concept of how it affects you, well spoken or not homelessness can happen to anyone from any walk off life! The councils allocate a % of homes to the immigrants so it is getting even harder for our own to be given a chance, NOT all homeless are drug addicts or alcoholics , men get a rougher deal than females, none addict and alcoholic females have a better chance of getting a hostel than chaps!

hey robbie come back this could be the chance in your life so grab it by both hands and go for it i actually had tears in my eyes watching you i think you are a great person not many people would stand on a stage in front of millions of people and admit they are homeless so come back and get yourself stuck in to the one passion in your life and give it a go i no you can do

If he is homeless I'll eat my hat. Perfect teeth ,gelled hair to make him look a bit rough ,posh accent. Another made up story,have you ever seen a "homeless person like that with a Fender guitar. It will probably turn out that being homeless was staying in mumsies summer house after boarding school. Remember Olly ,the homeless painter ,what a crock that was.
