Britain's Got Talent 2013: Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden see a donkey and a fire act.
Rylan's through - but is he a joke?
The search for the next singing star of tomorrow hots up; Gary Barlow, Tulisa, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh have selected their final 12.
However, it's Nicole's decision to include Rylan Clark that is proving the biggest talking point. The Essex boy is hardly the best singer in the world so perhaps that explains his extreme reaction to being told he was through to the live shows.
The primped and preened reality TV star (he was a runner-up on Signed By Katie Price, the latter's attempt to do a modelling version of X Factor) burst into tears, crying and wailing like a banshee; it was a performance laden with the kind of histrionics that would've made a two-year-old proud.
Rylan's inclusion at the expense of the likes of Jake Quickenden and Nathan Fagan-Gayle didn't impress the viewers that made their feelings clear on Twitter. "Omg not rylan....what?????! #xfactor" tweeted Imogen Thomas (@Imogen_Thomas), summing up around 90% of tweets on the subject.
Actor Chris O'Dowd (@BigBoyler) posted: "Now he's reached the live shows, I wonder if Rylan will give up his job as a bereavement counsellor? #xfactor"
Find out who else made the final 12 in our gallery.

Personally I think the only judge who picked the right acts was Gary Barlow, Nicole should never have picked that Rylan, the guy is soooooooooo OTT he makes Joey Essex look intelligent. Tulisa should not have selected Lucy, she can't sing anywhere near like the others can, all she can do is write witty ditties which she can talk whilst playing her guitar. Louie, no surprise he picked a couple of boy bands, but he has probably done them no favours as the votes will be split between the two, he should have only selected one boy band and then either the two girls, or the beetbox trio.
I hope the other 16 year old girl (whose name I can't remember at the moment) wins the viewer vote for the wildcard place.
I feel sorry for the genuine talent that goes into the X factor process thinking they will be dealt a fair hand. The finalists are already selected by producers from the first auditions if not before - hence why we see footage of them in their homes with their friends and families before they even leave for the "audition". Also you know who won't get put through because we either won't even see their performance, or it will be cut with a voice over or montage. Rylan is clearly the prerequisite nutcase act for this year with his ridiculously cliched antics!!
Why oh why oh why, is there always uproar when the crap people get through to Live Shows, if after Chico, Jedward, Wagner, Frankie Cocozza you are still surprised at crappy singers getting through to create CONTROVERSY, then maybe you should enter the real world and stop watching. Crap will always get put through, it's down to us to not vote fore them, but bear in mind idiots will still vote for them, and they will remain in the show until about 4 weeks from the end, then the judges will see sense (their entertainment factor is past it's sell by date) and they will be eliminated.
I mean let's be honest here that Spragg girl is pretty crap too.
PATHETIC ...FREAK!!!!
HAVE TO BLAME THE PRODUCERS OF THIS PATHETIC SHOW.....ITS NOT ABOUT THE CONTESTANTS ITS ABOUT THE JUDGES...PRODUCERS AND MR COWELL GETTING PUBLICITY...THIS IS WHAT THEY EXPECTED....EVERYONE IN THE COUNTRY TALKING ABOUT THIS FREAK SHOW.....ISNT THIS POOF..OH I MEAN PROOF THAT ITS A FIX!!!!!!
The TV Programme's bent, crooked, fixed, however you see it, whatever word's you use, it's a show where upon the final result does not determine a fair outcome.
I asked a member of the XFactor staff if it were worth queuing up to audition, "Well's there's nobody to stop you but you wont get anywhere as the final 16 were picked out 3 month's ago", this is the truth, it's not a wind up, they send out scout's who visit club's venue's, pub's in search of likely contender's.
The welsh teacher "John Adam's From Aberdare Wales" go look at his audition, he was a ready made popstar, but he never got into the final 16, Curtis Golden & Eli Cripps, both should have been through to this years select few, but they were out after the second or third week, Curtis Golden is a ready made popstar, for sure, my ear's don't ever tell me lie's, but unless they have been stashed away for a late return neither will be seen again.
They rig the show, it's too easy to leave the voteing to four judge's, it should be an audience voting system all the way through, it's crooked, how can you start out by having to rely on the four judge's opinion's and leave the latter stage's to telephone voting, somebody's definitely at it for sure.
he's going to be in for weeks, and Why isn't he in the girl's category?
