Tulisa Contostavlos set for £500,000 for X Factor 2012
X Factor 2011 judge Tulisa Contostavlos is set to remain on the popular talent show in 2012 - and with a pay rise.

Reports suggest that not only is Tulisa Contostavlos set to return to X Factor for its 2012 series, she will be on a higher deal.
The former N-Dubz singer has received staunch support from Simon Cowell over the sex tape saga involving her ex-boyfriend MC Ultra. He branded her former lover "a scumbag" for betraying her.
The music and TV mogul is apparently putting his money where his mouth is and is reportedly set to offer her a £500,000 deal to return to the ITV1 talent show.
A source told Metro: "Tulisa is in line for a decent bonus. She proved herself on the show and did a great job with Little Mix last year."
The source added: "It might seem a lot of money, but it's a fraction of what Gary Barlow gets and is much lower than Cheryl Cole - who she effectively replaced."
Simon Cowell recently confirmed his preference for the return of all four 2011 X Factor judges.

Why is everbody so bitter towards tulisa?
She didnt want to realese the sex tape, it was a private momment which should have been deleted as soon as they broke up. Shes already admited on a video that it was her and apologises.
Yes at first she may have said it wasnt her. But naturally as people its our first reaction when you realise something that was supposed to be private is no longer private.
She did a great job last year on the show, ands has an excellent voice as everyone seems to be forgetting. Better than most celebs these days who are computerised! Give the girl a break.

Iv read a few of these posts and cannot believe how negative so many of you are! If you were offered this amount of money, would you turn it down or give it to charity? I doubt even 10% of you would. Further more, this is a fraction of what Garry Barlow gets or what Cheryl Cole received, yet I dont see many comments about this.
None of you know for sure if the sex tape was a publicity stunt or not. If it was and has earned her this money, then fair play to her. Ask yourself this... What lengths would you go to, to earn half a million pounds?
If you personally do not like the X Factor, then dont watch it but why slag off so many people that do enjoy the show. Many call this show mind numbing, however how many of you sit in front of the TV day after day watching the likes of Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Eastenders? At least this show is changing peoples lives and making dreams come true!

Glam them up, do a mediocre indifferent job as judge, after all its about simon cowell, theyre just window dressing, his yes women, few contrived difference,s thrown in to make it look genuine, then hype them up and turn them into millionaire,s, equally untalented as amanda holden, danni, the rest, exception being sharon o, not young enough or yes women enough.
Really hope to see David Walliam remaining his usual self, not buying into it too much.

Her giving oral sex is not what makes her a slag, having herself videotaped is what makes her a dirty slag, different if she didn't know it was being taped, but she did, to then come out and make yourself as some sort of victim after that (to me at least) smacks of a little rich. A year ago there was a craze going about the schools of young girls 12-15 year olds, taking pictures of themselves naked or semi naked and messaging them around the boys at school and also to older 18 + guys who hung about around the schools, is this going to be the new craze? it was only in the news this week about a load of young girls being taking advantage of, abused and raped by a gang of older men.
If your going to be a celeb, in my opinion, you should be held to a higher standard than an ordinary person, whiter than white so to speak, because as a celeb you are being displayed to the nation and some people may hold you as an example to look up to, if you let that image down you should be dropped like a hot potato by every broadcasting agency, at least until its cleared up and the record can be put straight so no young person gets the wrong idea.
