Don't the X Factor USA judges scrub up well? Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, Simon Cowell and L.A Reid look like the ultimate reality TV dream team in this new promotional snap, which was recently released by Fox.
In fact, they look so polished that we can't help but feel they might be even more glamorous than our very own X Factor UK judging panel. Just check out Simon's cheesy grin - we don't think we've ever seen him smile so much!

X Factor USA judges are far better then UK judges, the show are more enjoyable then the UK one, they don,t pick idiots for the next round like we do over here,
