Last year, Gary Barlow was a little too serious for our liking. This time around, Gary has vowed to loosen up a bit: "I should have enjoyed it more. It's one of my goals this time to sit up there and remember to be a member of the audience because it's a brilliant show to watch and I have the best seat in the house!" Does that mean Gary will be cracking cheesy jokes? We hope so!

I eagerly await the new series of X factor. I will however, be curious to see how Gary handles it all. I was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of his baby daughter and as a father, I can only imagine how he and his family must be feeling. Out of all the celebrities, I think that Gary is the most down to earth and honest. His TV programme aired not long ago, about his tour over the world to make a song for the queen, really showed a deep and passionate side to him that you very rarely see in ANY celebrity. If the word Genius is to be used in regard to anyone, I would certainly use this to describe Gary. I just hope he is coping with everything and never forgets that there are people out there who genuinely wish him all the best for now, and the future.

The show is manipulated so that Simon's favourite wins. Seen far too many really talented people being knocked out. Have to admit a few good ones have got throught too but I still suspect very strongly that the winners get there by manipulation. Apart from that look how boring it has become, surly we can find some better judges to join Lou rather than these girls that are there for the exposure and Simon's whims.

Always wondered how much they "earned" for sitting judging others. The americans make more I heard..... apparently The Voice wasn't great money. I suppose its all down to how many sheeple phone in and donate. Good work for the creatively challenged.

I have to admit that I watch and enjoy X-Factor. Yes - I know it's rigged. Yes - I know Simon Cowell makes a fortune out of it. And Yes - I do get pissed off with Louis struggling to talk over the applause and saying the same thing week after week. However - I have a secret, which I will now share with the world - I NEVER VOTE - so it doesn't cost me anything!
It's a shame about this years judging panel though - My ideal panel would be - Gary, Simon, Grandma Sharon, and "Our Cheryl". However if we are stuck with Tulipa and whatsername, let's just hope they really are tougher this year and rather than saying things like "You had some tuning difficulties there" - just say "You're Crap!!"

No way is this man ´head judge material´ , he may be rich and successful (lucky at times in my opinion) but he is a blundering mess, unable to make any decisions without others to help and guide him. I think he should leave at the end this series and let someone else, with some proper savvy, take his place
