Since the appointment of Cheryl Cole, X Factor has gone from strength to strength.
Did the Strictly Come Dancing bosses have one eye on the ITV1 show when they axed Arlene Phillips and replaced her with Alesha Dixon?
It's fair to say that the glamorous Girls Aloud singer has neatly slotted into Simon Cowell's TV juggernaut.
However, Alesha Dixon and the powers that be behind Strictly are battling constant scrutiny and criticism.
Disgruntled fans claim that the singer, who is also Strictly's 2007 champion, lacks the technical knowledge to judge ballroom and Latin dancing.
But is this is a fair accusation? Is Cheryl Cole really that good on X Factor? Can Alesha Dixon really be that bad on Strictly? We've compiled some of their judging comments in our gallery - have your say on who's better.
Alisha can easily judge on X Factor but Cheryl could never in a million be a judge on Strictly Come Dancing. Everyone is Jealous because Alisha is not the same as the Judges on Strictly and people who complain are a bunch of narrow minded nobodies.

I dont think cheryl has any idea on xfactor she always chooses a bad song for the people she's mentoring.
Alot of the contestants in xfactor have more talents then she ever will have. And just because she's a pretty face and is a judge on xfactor she gets a number 1 single and album, the song wasn't that good. And i doubt i,ll even remember it in 20yrs.
