Her time on the X Factor judging panel may be very short and sweet, but pop star Rita Ora is taking her temporary position very seriously if that pose and outfit is anything to go by!
The 21-year-old has joined Tulisa, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh on the panel to fill in the as yet unfilled position during the London auditions of the show. We still can't believe they've started already!
