Uh-oh, it looks like Gary Barlow has just messed with the wrong Spice Girl! Geri Halliwell can be seen putting the X Factor judge in a headlock on this weekend's Xtra Factor.
The Spice Girl (who has recently been shrouded with rumours that she's dating comedian Russell Brand) will appear on this weekend's X Factor as a guest judge. Can she possibly be more harsh than Scary Spice? We can't wait to find out!
As well as beating up Gary, Geri also decided to sing to another judge but how did they react?

Re ratings. Agree with concensus that there is too much fast moving waffle and not enough attention to performances. That said, what we are shown, benefits from the lack of freaks.
