Dancing On Ice 2012: Sam Nixon's out

Children's TV presenter Sam Nixon is the latest celebrity to be voted off Dancing On Ice.
Sam lost out to X Factor flop Chico during the show's rock week.
The judges voted unanimously to save the failed singer after the two men performed in the skate-off with their professional partners.
Sam and his partner Alexandra Schauman delivered an energetic routine to Human by The Killers but it was not enough to beat Chico, who bleached his hair and performed on a drum solo during his turn on the rink.
Earlier in the show, Sam scored 22 points out of a possible 30 and head judge Robin Cousins praised his "smooth footwork", adding: "You commanded our attention, you went with every move with conviction."
The judges were also impressed by the way he mastered the difficult "frog lift".
After learning his fate, Sam told presenters Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley: "This experience has been absolutely brilliant.
"What a privilege to be taught by Torvill and Dean."
Judge Louie Spence earlier told one hit wonder Chico and his partner Jodeyne Higgins that he made complicated moves look easy. "You're a born performer," he said. "Those lifts you're doing, you're throwing them out like it's an every day thing. You are a big surprise."
Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter topped the leaderboard on tonight's show but partner Matt Evers sported a large white plaster on his forehead for their performance. While the couple were working on the tricky "neck spin" in dress rehearsals, Jorgie scraped her skate on his forehead, cutting the skin.

When will the fickle public learn to vote for quality and ability and not just a personality - who , incidentally, let HIMSELF down last night by arguing with people who DO know what they are talking about AND have medals to prove it!!
Andy SHOULD have gone. He can't skate well by himself at all - unlike Sam and Chico.
Next week - put him throught it , and MAKE him show us if he can do it ! I for one hope he goes!
