Her arrival on the X Factor USA judging panel has come as both a shock and a delight to fans of the reality TV show, so it's no surprise we were all waiting with bated breath to see how she looked and acted on her first day at her new job!
And doesn't she look fantastic?! On the first day of auditions in sunny Austin, Texas, the singer-turned-panellist looked pretty in pink and sleeker than we've seen her in years.

Why should I be? Fighting cancer and lovely people at Hospices with Motor Neuron's Disease is far more important than all this rubbish. I saw a lovely lady yesterday at the Hospice sobbing her heart out because she couldn't communicate or sing anymore. To me, she is worth a million times more than all these ego tripping celebrities. GET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT.
