Britain's Got Talent's Sam Kelly and Welsh dance group Nu Sxool have become the latest two acts to win a place in the Britain's Got Talent final.
The 19-year-old student from Norfolk received the most votes for his version of Iris by Goo Goo Dolls.
He said: "I literally can't believe it. I didn't expect to get this far. I can't believe people spent their money voting for me."
Judge Simon Cowell left singer Malaki Paul in tears after giving his deciding vote to Nu Sxool instead of the nine-year-old.
Cowell said he made his decision on what he thought was "the best performance on the night".
David Walliams, who also voted for the dancers from Port Talbot, described it as "such a hard choice" and said both acts were "completely adorable".
He said he opted for Nu Sxool because Malaki still had "a long way to go".
Alesha Dixon said of Kelly's performance: "I loved you the first time and you haven't disappointed once again. There's a lovely sensitivity in the way that you sing. I think girls are just going to fall in love with you."
Fellow judge Amanda Holden commented: "You have the most soulful quality to your voice and you really sing from your heart. You make me want to listen to what you're singing about."
Among the acts to miss out on a place in Saturday's final was saucy dancer Beatrix Von Bourbon, who covered up in the face of an Ofcom investigation.
