Fact: Luke was born as a female and he began gender transition four years ago, having surgery and regular testosterone injections. He hopes that being on the show will help to show 'trans guys' that you can lead a normal life.
What he says: "I have a competitive streak and can be Mr. Nice Guy, quite charismatic, but I can f**k people over to get on in the house. It is a game and I plan to play it."
Luke's verdict: Despite being annoyed that two other people can now call themselves "Luke from Big Brother", I think this Luke could be a finalist. He's got a past, but that may not shape his BB future.

i found luke marsden one of the most interesting characters that have ever been on any of the big brothers...those earlly series had something about them that made them a must watch and the pathos that luke and becky evoked was heartfelt...it is good to read how he has come out of his shell and is his own man...i thought big brother should have finished sooner than it did and i record episodes now as this series as far as i am concerned has not got anything that makes it anything special...
