Tameka Empson would like her EastEnders character to get hitched
EastEnders stars Chucky Venn and Tameka Empson have revealed they would love to see their characters tie the knot.
The actors, who play Ray Dixon and Kim Fox, reckon it's high time the Albert Square pair got hitched.
When asked what he'd like to see next for Ray and Kim, Chucky revealed: "Maybe the ultimate evolution of this relationship, taking it to the next level, matrimony. Seeing us get together and having one of the most memorable marriages in soap history."
Tameka - who picked up the Funniest Female gong at the Inside Soap Awards for her portrayal of feisty B&B manager Kim - added: "I would love for them to last. That would be a first.
"The wedding would be off the scale. I don't think you would have seen anything like it. Loving William and Kate, but really? I'm thinking a big dress. Pink's been done - maybe purple or red.
Co-star Chucky added: "We're talking the Beckhams."
