The Only Way Is Essex star James 'Arg' Argent has revealed training for this weekend's London Marathon has helped take his mind off his painful split from Lydia Bright.
The reality TV star, who split up with Lydia at the end of the last series of the ITV2 show, has slimmed down from 18 stone to 16 stone 5 lbs since he began his new exercise regime.
"The break-up with Lydia hit me hard and I just needed something to take my mind off it. I've always wanted to run the London Marathon," Arg told The Star.
"It's been the best thing and the hardest thing I've ever done. If it wasn't for focusing on getting fit for the marathon I'd have had a really horrible couple of months without Lydia."
But Arg admitted he still has feelings for his ex.
"It's crystal clear we love each other still. It would mean the world to me if she was at the finish line on Sunday," he confessed.
