Solomon: Tulisa is my favourite!

Stacey Solomon has revealed that Tulisa Contostavlos is her favourite judge on The X Factor.

The former finalist on the ITV1 talent show said the N-Dubz singer, who is mentoring the girls category this year, could have a winning act.

"I think Tulisa keeps it real and is just a lovely person whose comments on the show are always fair," she said.

"I have been watching The X Factor. I love it and I think there's a lot of talent this year. I think Tulisa's girls are really strong, but the bands like last year have also got a good chance. I'd struggle to pick a winner!"

Stacey helped to break a Guinness World Record by placing the 250,000th plastic brick onto a giant Ben 10 Bloxx alien sculpture, created to celebrate the new Ben 10: Omniverse series, which is shown on Cartoon Network every Saturday at 10am.

The 23-year-old gave her thumbs up for the current judges line-up, which also includes Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh.

"I miss Simon - everyone values his opinion and it's hard to know who to look up to now as he was kind of the all-knowing authority figure. But, saying that I do love the new judges. The change in format makes it feel different and fresh. It's nice to have a change," she said.

Stacey reckoned the decline in ratings will change as viewers get involved in the live shows: "The live finals are always going to be the most exciting and pull in the viewers."
