Sawyer: Road kill couture best buy
Celia Sawyer is proud of her road kill bargain
Celia Sawyer reckons her best ever Four Rooms buy is "road kill couture" - made from dead animals.
The Four Rooms dealer is back for another series of the Channel 4 programme that allows people who believe they have a valuable artefact the chance to sell it to those in the know.
Talking about the new series, Celia said: "You'll see the road kill couture that I bought, which is really striking. It's all made out of animals that died on the road.
"There are quite a few interesting bits and pieces on there, but I don't want to give anything away."
She is so pleased with the unusual item that she even ranks it among the best things she has bought on the show.
"I think the road kill is probably the best, but I have bought some really great stuff. I bought a hologram that is the first of its kind, and that's really interesting. I really love it, so I'm going to keep it for a while before I sell it on.
"That's what I tend to do - if I haven't got a buyer straight away, I'll keep it. But eventually it'll go and then I'll move on. I'm always looking for the next thing."
:: Four Rooms is broadcast on weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 4.
