Nick Grimshaw is getting his own BBC Three show
The Saturdays star Rochelle Humes is teaming up with DJ Nick Grimshaw as he hosts his own panel show.
Sweat The Small Stuff on BBC Three will see the Radio 1 breakfast host share his fickle obsessions with celebrity guests.
Rochelle - who is married to JLS star Marvin Humes and six months pregnant - will be a regular guest on the show, with Kiss FM DJs Rickie and Melvin as team captains.
She tweeted that she was "so excited", while the DJ joked: "Excited about my new show! Being the host of a panel show is what self-centred dreams are made of."
Each week Nick will challenge the teams to a series games and questions in order to reveal their true feelings on trivial matters.
The BBC are so confident about the success of the comedy panel show they have already signed up two series.
