Ramsay, Portas to run pop-up hotel

Gordon Ramsay will star in Hotel Britannia alongside Mary Portas
Gordon Ramsay and retail queen Mary Portas have signed up to run a hotel in a new Channel 4 show.
Viewers will be able to stay the night at Hotel Britannia, where the pair will train unemployed people who want to work in the service industry.
Stylist turned cook Gok Wan, property experts Sarah Beeny and Phil Spencer and Countdown host Nick Hewer could also take up positions at the pop-up establishment in London.
Other new programmes, announced as Channel 4 published its annual report, include a show in which employees, some with mental health conditions, attempt "to prove the stereotypes wrong".
As part of a week of programming in the 4 Goes Mad season, Ruby Wax, who has previously opened up about suffering from depression, will follow successful businessmen and women as they disclose a mental health condition to employers, friends or family.
Fellow comedian Jon Richardson will meet people suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to find out if he is a demanding perfectionist or has the condition.
Channel 4 chief creative officer Jay Hunt said Hotel Britannia and The Intern, in which job-seekers undergo "a nightmare week of work experience" in the hope of landing an internship in their chosen career, would take on "one of the biggest issues affecting our audience, youth unemployment".
Dramas set for Channel 4 include the second series of Homeland, broadcast this autumn, and Here And There, starring John Simm as a prisoner and directed by Michael Winterbottom.
The one-off drama has been filmed over five years.
New titles also include crime drama The Fear, starring Peter Mullan, teenage story My Fat, Mad Teenage Diary, adapted from the book of the same name, and Run, a four-part series set in south London.
