Molony: We went out with 'a bang'
Damien Molony says Being Human got the dramatic ending it deserved
Damien Molony believes Being Human got an "epic" ending that the show deserved.
The supernatural TV drama, which began as a pilot in 2008, was axed by the BBC with its current run.
Asked about the show coming to an end, Damien, who played Hal, said: "It got an ending that the show deserved.
"We found out just before filming started that it was probably going to be the last episode.
"It was so great getting the script for episode six and knowing that we were going to go out with a big bang, take on the Devil, save the world, that kind of stuff."
Speaking at the First Light Awards, he added: "It was epic stuff to work on as an actor... to walk through post-apocalyptic streets of Cardiff while the Devil takes over the world, that's great fun."
The series, which has pulled in more than a million viewers, reached an "apocalyptic end" earlier this month, with the central characters in the last series facing a showdown with the Devil.
