Mariah enjoys day out with family

Mariah Carey enjoyed a day out with her husband and their twins
Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon enjoyed a family day out with their twins in Los Angeles over the weekend, as American Idol producers insisted that reports about the feud between her and Nicki Minaj are "inaccurate".
The 42-year-old singer - who has made headlines for an alleged feud with fellow American Idol judge Nicki - looked carefree and relaxed as they walked along the Santa Monica Pier and rode a rollercoaster with 18-month-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, reported People.
Mariah, who wore a red dress, posed for photos with the family as they played with balloons and ate cotton candy on their day out.
Meanwhile, Idol producers have issued a statement, insisting that the show is "going extremely well".
"This is one of the best, most passionate, dynamic and invested judging panels we've ever had. We love and support all of the judges and the fantastic work they are doing, and we can't imagine a better group to find the next American Idol," they said.
"Despite all the accusations and media speculation - much of which is inaccurate - production is going extremely well today and the judges are focused on finding the best talent here in Baton Rouge," they added.
Mariah previously accused Nicki of threatening to shoot her, although the Starships singer denied it, tweeting: "Ironically no camera or mic heard the gun comment tho... Not even the producers believed u."
