Kym Lomas is still getting used to her married name
Coronation Street's Kym Lomas has revealed that she is struggling to remember her new married name.
The actress, who plays Michelle Connor in the ITV1 soap, took ex-Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas' surname after the couple wed last month.
But The Sun quoted the star as saying: "I was at the doctor's the other day and they were calling 'Mrs Lomas', and I was oblivious.
"But I love it. All my scripts now come addressed to Kym Lomas and the Corrie credits will change to that soon too."
A Street source added: "She's really enjoying married life but can't get her head around her new name."
Kym wed in front of co-stars Brooke Vincent, Michelle Keegan and Antony Cotton at Nunsmere Hall in Cheshire in September
The couple have been together for four years and had been engaged for more than two.
