Glee's Lea misses working with Cory

Glee star Lea Michele has confessed she misses working with Cory Monteith on the hit TV show.

The pair played high school sweethearts Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson until they split up in season three, and now Lea is hoping she will still get some scenes with her rumoured off-screen beau in the fourth series.

Lea told E! Online: "I definitely think they saw us together a lot, so I think they want to sort of see what it's like for them to be apart for a little while now.

"I think that's the dynamic, that's the dance where they pull them apart and bring them back together. I love working with Cory so I'm sad we won't get to work together too much, but they'll always be involved with one another whether or not they are dating."

Cory and Lea are reported to be an item in real life and have been pictured enjoying romantic walks and dinners together.

Meanwhile, Cory couldn't confirm or deny rumours that Finn may be posted to Afghanistan in the new series.

Series three ended with graduate Rachel heading to New York alone to go to stage school and Finn thinking about joining the army.

Asked about the rumour at Comic-Con, Cory said: "Wouldn't that be crazy? They haven't booked any flights yet. I haven't heard much."
