Four more Voice hopefuls silenced
Cassius Henry has bowed out of TV talent show The Voice
Singing hopefuls Cassius Henry, Toni Warne, Aleks Josh and David Julien have bowed out of BBC talent show The Voice.
All the acts in teams mentored by stars Jessie J and Danny O'Donoghue sang for survival in Saturday's live show and it was then revealed who had narrowly missed out on a place in the semi-final.
The artist with the most public votes in each team sailed straight through to the final, with the mentors having to pick one more survivor from their three remaining contestants. The other two from each team were shown the door.
Vince Kidd, from Team Jessie, won his place in the next round after the audience voted for his version of Whitney Houston's My Love Is Your Love.
Cassius and Toni were both booted out the competition after Price Tag singer Jessie chose to save husky-voiced Becky Hill, who had a crisis of confidence after her performance of White Stripes hit Seven Nation Army.
The Script frontman Danny chose guitar-toting Max Milner to go through to the semi-finals.
His team-mate Bo Bruce secured her place in the competition with her crowd-pleasing performance of the Rihanna number one Love The Way You Lie. Danny's choice meant Aleks and David were shown the door.
Both teams also performed with their mentors on last night's show, with Jessie J discovering the perils of live television when her microphone malfunctioned.
The superstar had to halt her group's performance of We Are Young by Fun when she discovered her mic pack was not switched on properly.
Team Danny had better luck and delivered a slick, art-themed production of Gotye's Somebody That I Used To Know, with their frontman mentor.
