Elle Macpherson has confessed she made a mistake during her modelling career - by trying appeal to men, not women.
The 49-year-old mother-of-three tells the contestants on the next episode of Britain And Ireland's Next Top Model not to make the same mistake as her, The Sun reported.
Elle said: "You want women to look at you and say, 'I want to be like her'. Not guys.
"Because it's the women who prolong your career. Because companies will book you because you speak to women, because women buy the products.
"And so many girls get that part wrong. I did too."
The supermodel, who has in the past posed for the cover of Playboy magazine, now designs her own range of lingerie for women.
