Emmerdale star Rik Makarem has revealed his character Nikhil Sharma and girlfriend Gennie Walker are set to row over baby names.
The factory boss and his PA choose not to know the sex of their baby, but Gennie gets annoyed when Nikhil seems to have ruled out a daughter.
Rik said: "I don't think they know the sex, but Nikhil is subconsciously stating that it's a boy, much to Gennie's frustration.
"So there's lots of cute moments with regards to discussions about boys and girls names, and that kind of thing."
The 30-year-old actor insisted he has no plans to become a parent himself anytime soon, but admitted choosing baby names on screen was making him feel a bit broody.
He said: "It's kind of strange to go through that process, reading the baby names and choosing out outfits... oh dear!"
