Craig Charles' Corrie character Lloyd Mullaney has to deal with the news that he has a daughter
Coronation Street star Craig Charles has said he's excited by his secret daughter storyline.
When his character Lloyd Mullaney tries to rekindle a relationship with the former love of his life, Mandy Kamara (Pamela Nomvete), he accidentally meets her daughter Jenna, who turns out to be his.
Lloyd is furious about being cheated out of a daughter while Jenna, played by actress Krissi Bohn, is devastated.
Craig told the Corrie blog: "He'll try and build a relationship with his daughter but who knows what'll happen with Mandy. It's going to be exciting."
Meanwhile, Krissi tweeted about her debut on the soap: "There I was indeed! Can't quite believe it!!"
