Carol Vorderman learning to fly

Carol Vorderman has revealed she wants to learn how to fly.

The Loose Women co-host said she and her children - daughter Katie and son Cameron - would like to be able to take to the skies together.

"Hopefully this summer I'm going to learn to fly with my daughter and son, so we'll be the flying Vordermans!" she said.

Flying lessons will be part of Carol's bid to find time for herself in her busy life.

"I haven't quite got it in balance at the moment," she said. "I'm working too hard and I've got to redress that for when we come back into our Loose Women term in September."

But the 51-year-old former Countdown star said she is loving being on Loose Women.

"I'm having a ball, to be perfectly honest," she said.
