Adam favourite to win Big Brother

Reformed gangster Adam Kelly is now the favourite to win Big Brother 2012.

The 27-year-old from the Burton-On-Trent was brought up in Los Angeles, where he became a member of the LA Crips gang. He has since turned his life around and become a mentor to young people trying to battle their own addiction problems.

After five weeks in the house, Adam is now the 3/1 favourite to win the Channel 5 reality TV show according to bookmaker William Hill.

Friday saw former Playboy bunny Sheivonne Robinson evicted from the house. The 28-year-old party girl had been an early favourite to win the show.

Meanwhile, the Daily Star reports there have been tensions in the house regarding drinking.

Scott Mason, who has previously boasted of getting so drunk he passes out, lost his temper at the weekend when he discovered some of the other housemates had downed a bottle of wine in the storeroom without sharing it with him.

And Scottish model Sara McLean was furious when the others teased her about drinking too much.

She hit back: "I am not an alcoholic. I only get excited about booze as there's nothing to do in here."

Favourite Adam has been sober since he was 19.
