Young Apprentice 2012: preview pictures from episode one
Following the success of last year’s BAFTA Award-winning series of Young Apprentice, Lord Sugar is back. And, as always, he means business.
Joined by Karren Brady and Nick Hewer, Lord Sugar will be putting twelve 16-17-year-olds through a number of tough challenges to see who has what it takes to win a fund worth £25,000. The prize money will go towards kick-starting the winner's business career and will be tailored to their individual career prospects and development.
The first task in the new series is all about ‘rags to riches’. Each team receives one tonne of discarded clothes, from which they sort the good from the bad. They then have to sell their wares to members of the public, either at pop-up stores in a shopping centre or at a car boot sale.
From the looks of it, the boys waste no time getting their hands dirty in the task - flick through our gallery to see more pictures from the first episode and meet this year's young hopefuls.

MSN, please don't spoil who gets fired on your headlines every week as you have always done. It's a very stupid and unfair move to people who don't get to watch it the same time. You know it makes you unpopular.
