Community is a very hip, very smart comedy about a group of misfits who attend Greendale Community College.
Very close in spirit to the likes of classic Channel 4 comedy Spaced and US sitcom Scrubs, Community's first season aired in the UK on digital channel Viva. However, the second season has been picked up by Sony Entertainment Television (Sky 157/Virgin 193) so tune in every Tuesday at 10:30 pm from 10 April. To get you in the mood, here's a flavour of the principal characters...
Actor Joel McHale plays central character Jeff Winger. He's a lawyer taking a break from practicing law to broaden his horizons in the pressure-free world of higher education. Smooth talking Jeff Winger has a lot to learn, and he's come to Greendale to avoid every bit of it.
