TV Choice Awards: Michelle Keegan crowned Best Soap Actress

PA
Michelle Keegan has been crowned the Best Soap Actress in this year's TV Choice Awards.
Coronation Street star, Michelle Keegan, must be pretty happy with herself right now - she's only gone and won the Best Soap Actress award at this year's TV Choice Awards.
The actress, who's best known for playing Tina McIntyre in the popular ITV soap, beat the likes of Jo Joyner, Charlie Brooks and Alison King to the award.
Michelle wasn't the only big winner of the night though, as BBC's Sherlock was awarded with the title of Best Drama Series and Doctor Who also bagged the award for Best Family Drama.
Despite the fact that The Only Way Is Essex and Made In Chelsea went head-to-head in the Best Reality TV category, it was I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here which nabbed the award.
Keith Lemon also walked away from the swanky ceremony with a smile, as his Celebrity Juice won the Best Entertainment Show award.
One surprise of the night, was that Britain's Got Talent beat The X Factor in the Best Talent Show category - we bet that last year's winners, Ashleigh and Pudsey may have had something to do with that!
