The MasterChef judges eat some not-so-posh nosh!

They may be used to eating fine foods on their television show MasterChef, but Gregg Wallace and John Torode are pictured eating a greasy fry-up for a fun photo shoot with Heat magazine.

Few people have the willpower to turn down a traditional greasy fry up, so we can hardly blame MasterChef judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode to tucking into this fried feast for a photo shoot with Heat magazine.

Warning - if you haven't had your breakfast yet, looking at the above picture too closely might make you run to your nearest café! You've been warned.

The hilarious picture also shows an over-enthusiastic lady watching the judges eat their breakfast from the other side of the café's glass. We can't say we've ever attracted breakfast food-envy on that scale, but that could be because we often opt for a bowl of boring porridge for our first meal of the day. Sigh.

In the interview with Heat magazine, Gregg revealed what we can expect from the upcoming series of Celebrity Master Chef - he said: "From the series you can expect to see us break down the façade of celeb and turn these people into normal contestants. That, for me, is the thrill of Celebrity MasterChef."

For us, the thrill of Celebrity Master Chef is watching a celebrity break down after their soufflé sinks in the oven, but maybe we're just a tad cruel!

Gregg added: "If they get through the early stages, they just want it so badly. They stop being celebs and startbeing MasterChef contestants."

We can't wait to see which celebs will be on the show this year and John told Heat that this series is going to be one of the most 'extreme' - he said: "At times we see the best cooking we've ever had, and at other times we see the worst. It's real extremes."

Asked who has been the best celeb cook in the history of the show, Gregg replied: "Since they won it? Lisa

Faulkner. At the time of winning? Phil Vickery, closely followed by Nadia Sawalha."

Gregg also revealed the worst celebrity chef - "The worst was that model, Victoria Hervey. She wanted to make spaghetti and pesto using a jar of pesto..."

Umm - call us culinary amateurs, but we think spaghetti à la jar-of-sauce is pretty tasty grub! Celebrity MasterChef is set to return to our screens soon.

The full interview appears in this week's heat magazine, on sale now (Tuesday).
