The star of the hit TV series has died in Italy, aged 51.
Mark Wright's nightclub is vandalised
In October 2010 Mark's nightclub, Deuces, was set on fire by vandals just a few days after it opened. The fire cost thousands of pounds' worth of damage and forced the bar to close for over a month. We can't imagine Mark was too pleased!

I watch TOWIE pretty much every night and nobody deserves anything like this not even the worst people in the world she shouldn't have to go through any of that nobody should please thumbs up if you DO agree.
The flats above could of been full of people and the people that caused this could of hurt people they shouldn't get away with that its a TERRIBLE thing!![]()

To be honest I find some of the comments disgusting. For someone to burn down someone else's shop is appalling behaviour, and the culprits punished. It is without doubt a crime motivated by jealousy. What is bloody wrong with people in this country? She is only trying to make her way in life like the rest of us, and good luck to her.
To be honest I am not a fan of TOWIE or Made in Chelsea. I find it mind numbingly boring. Having said that I don't begrudge them anything. Good luck to em!!!!
While your all arguing amongst yourselves, the fact that the show is simply a human zoo designed to appeal to the very worst in human nature seems to have passed most of you by.
It's simply vulgar and sickening. British society is sick with materialism, consumerism, vanity, and greed and the shows producers know this. They are Oxbridge educated and no dam well that by holding a mirror up to a sick society like ours it will guarantee them bums on seats and a lucrative advertising revenue. More fool anyone who bothers with allowing them the air time.
Remember there is no 'Off Button' outside your front door and the wider society in which we live. It's boundary of taste goes far beyond mediocre and unimpressive. If your not troubled by shows like this, then your a lost cause easily manipulated by a cynical media, and part of the corrosive coarsening of our sickly society.
Remember 'never under estimate the intelligence of the average person' a mantra spoken every day by the program makers of this type of show.
As regrettable as the poor girls circumstance are and unforgivable the action of those that attacked her property, it's clear she is part of viscous circle of conceit and greed that is perpetuated by the shows creators and endorsed by clueless viewers.
This is dumb television for dumb idiots.
Why on earth is this on MSN? there are far worse crimes committed against people every day that ain't on here! The so called 'Stars' of this show are idiots, the producers that glamorise these uneducated fools so that kids look up to them are also idiots. Why oh why would you put these well-dressed monkeys (sorry monkeys I don’t mean to offend you) in the main stream media! People like this should be shunned and laughed at and never ever given a public forum to show that being thicker than Ron Jeremy’s manhood is cool.
I’m sorry to go on like this, I don’t agree with crime, harassment or bullying in any way but maybe who ever done this is doing the world a favour, let face it would you trust her with a blade right next to your main artery…..I wouldn’t give her safety scissors and play dough hair to cut. In case your’ wondering Lauren an artery is very important to keeping you alive. Penguin may have a book that can help you understand.
World please stop making idols out of these fools who most people wouldn’t employee to clean the toilet, try using people who actually bring something to society other than colour coordination and binge drinking.
I have never seen the program ...But what on earth is going on ,the girl just wanted a business the young are pilloried for not working ,and when she tries to make a go of life she is burnt down ...The jealousy is disgusting who ever did this should get off there back side and get a job ..as quoted by Jeremy
sorry Lauren there are a lot of saddos out there
This is so sad
these saddo's have to "GET A BLOODY LIFE"
WHY!!!!! would someone be so nasty? Go out get a job......... Jealousy gets you nowhere ![]()
Keep your chin up Lauren ![]()
Maybe it will get through to those concerned that we are all , most of us with a brain at least,
that we are fed up to the teeth with crap TV shows featuring crap people who become instant celebs. I watched TOWIE once just to see what it was about, a new low in TV if TV can sink any lower!.
The whole celeb culture thing needs canning, We are turning into a nation of mentally challenged people/ morons. This is what decades of Coronation and East Enders et al. have brought us to. Not to mention BB and CBB
This does not mean I agree with fire bombing, there are more legal ways of protesting.
This is a principle that hits right at the heart of our relationship with the media.
There is no relationship - the media takes what it wants to sell papers.
Ethical and moral considerations are only part of the picture.
Modern Britain as a multicultural place (even though it wasn't voted for) is void or morals and ethics because they offend too many people. I could highlight 20 ethical issues that would offend some minority group.
This is a complex problem that blights our democracy and the future for our children.
The children have a bleak future in Britain, I'm thankful when i was growing up my situation was the reverse, but i'm from old Britian with one culture where things like TOWIE wouldn't be considered as anything asides a joke.
We don't need this on our television screens, and it's simply not good enough to say it's only a show, harmless entertainment, walk away.
That's democracy for you, free world to produce what they want and i'm ok with the show in general. But in no-way whatsoever are these people role models or intelligent, or business people. It's like me claiming i'm a rocket scientist because I once held a sparkler!
Have we become so week and spineless that were willing to tolerate values that a show like this endorses?
In short. "We" have not, but the youth of today certainly have.
"We" being anyone I guess over 30 still have values. Young people with their gizmo's and gadgets txt spk and reality tv where people with 1 gcse are promoted as successful people are value less. They don't even know they are born.
Andrea & William, i am sorry if i have offended you for having my own opinion that is different from yours, i understand some people find that hard to swallow, and i'm not sure how working my a** off for low pay is my own fault? considering i have looked for work elsewhere but am yet to find another job that pays more than i am currently making, which isn't hard to believe when you look at the state this country is in... and i do not force myself to watch these shows, but i can't help what adverts come up on my TV screen... also, if these people are making better lives for themselves by obviously angering people to the point they are attacking them then more for them i say, you'll notice i did say i do not believe it is moral for people to do, but i can understand why people are angry. that is all :)
