It's official; we just can't get enough of Sex and the City. In addition to the successful TV series and films, starring Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, a new prequel called The Carrie Diaries is in the works.
The star of The Carrie Diaries is 18-year-old AnnaSophia Robb - she'll be playing a younger version of the fashion-loving writer. Airing on America's CW network, the prequel is due to air in the autumn.
Will we see it over here in the UK? Well, the pilot has to be picked up as a series first - and then the fight to air it over here can commence. I'll bet my house on The Carrie Diaries finding a UK home. In the meantime, filming has begun so take a look at some behind the scenes photos of the shoot in this gallery.
