Olympic Bronze medal and British and European Championship winner Tom Daley will be making a splash on ITV thanks to his new TV series, appropriately titled 'Splash!'
In the primetime entertainment series (based on a Dutch show), Tom will pitch celebrities against each other to see if they have what it takes to learn to dive.
A team of professional coaches will train the celebrities who will then perform live each week in front of a panel of expert judges. The public will vote for their favourites.
This all sounds very 'Strictly Come Diving'. Is ITV's long-term plan to replace the rather tired Dancing On Ice with this show? As yet, there is no airdate, but there will be plenty of celebrities volunteering to take part, I'm sure. What's the betting we'll see Kerry Katona on this?
Tom is the latest Olympian to be embraced by television and feature on our TV screens. Who will be next?

when he enters the red bull diving championships i will class him as a diver, where they dive 150-250ft not 30ft, ?and when is he going to COME OUT ???
