ITV's Red Or Black? returns for a second series

ITV’s Red or Black? is back for another chance to become a TV success, despite the fact that the show was shrouded in controversy last year.

Not only were ratings underwhelming, but the show faced criticism after it emerged that the winner, Nathan Hageman, had a violent criminal past.

This time around, ITV has vowed to improve background checks on the contestants and the format of the show has also been slightly altered; now all the games will be played in the studio and there will only be eight contestants per show.
