Alice Fredenham is a 28-year-old beauty therapist from Hertfordshire  She has been secretly singing since she was young. It was clearly apparent that she was nervous, but she belted out the jazz standard, My Funny Valentine.

Simon was mesmerised: “Wow. Oh My God. This is what I have been waiting for. You voice is like liquid gold. You have such an authentically beautiful voice. You look amazing."

He continued: "You know, you could sing the phone book. I absolutely love you and I love your voice and I also love the fact that you don’t even know how good you are. Wow.” She received unanimous acclaim and yeses from the judges. Overwhelmed, the tears flowed so Dec ran on stage to hand her some tissues. Aaaahhhh!
