As far as reality TV shows go, Britain And Ireland's Next Top Model has it all - not only does it have a star-studded judging panel (this year including new additions Tyson Beckford and Whitney Port) but it also has more drama between the contestants than you'd find in an entire series of X Factor.
Judging by the snaps in this gallery, this year it looks like the models are as glamorous as ever, but will they be able to cope with the weekly photo shoots? And, more importantly, will they be able to handle all living under the same roof?

most models are average looking, they don't necessarily look for the best looking girl, but the most photogenic and that are good on the catwalk and have personality! It isn't all about the looks!!
