Dancing on Ice will be axed after the 2014 series, and here we look at where the reality show floundered.
BINTM 2012: Letitia Herod wins the show!
Letitia Herod has been crowned this year's Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model winner. She chats about winning the show, spills the beans on the judges and she also lets us in on her future plans...
Congratulations! How does it feel to have won?
It feels incredible right now! I just feel on top of the world. The moment I discovered I was Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model was so surreal. Everything seemed to slow down and I had difficultly associating with the picture up on the screen. The realization that it was me and I had won the competition was fantastic. Knowing that so many people had placed their trust in me to carry the name Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model was mind blowing, and I am so grateful!
Why do you think you won?
Elle said in the show how they want someone that comes in the room and stands out, somebody who is more than just a pretty face, and that is what I think the judges saw in me.
What was your best and worst moment on Top Model?
My best moment was when I won! Every time I think about it, to this day, I can't stop smiling! My worst moment was being in the bottom two, the idea that I could be going home was horrible.
Which was your favourite and least favourite photoshoot or challenge?
My favourite photoshoot was the final shoot that we did on the beach in Canada with the horse - the end result was amazing, I was so happy with the shot. And getting to see it again on the show, it just shows that with a little bit of guidance great things really can be achieved. And how much Elle really knows about modelling because she was the one helping me out and giving me advice that day. My worst moment was probably the challenge on Carnaby Street, where all of us had to pose on that red carpet. It wasn't a very good day, everyone was pretty down.

What did you think of the judges?
They have all been an important part of my Top Model journey and I am so grateful not only for their advice but also for their support. I really hope to stay in touch with all of them. They each brought their own special quality to the panel. It was so important to view comments constructively and I was determined to learn as much as I could as they all have amazing experience in the fashion industry. Tyson was my particular favourite and a tower of strength at difficult times. Elle was amazing as always. Whitney was very down to earth and her comments were spot on. And Julien was a very knowledgeable and passionate man.
What did you think of the other girls? Who did you get on most and least with?
I really liked all the girls. Most of the girls got on really well - I don't know of any disagreement that wasn't resolved by the next day! I would probably say I got on the best with Emma, we were together from the start as we shared a room in Dubai and then in the house in London and finally in Canada. She was the one I could talk to about anything.
So now you've won, what are you doing from here?
Doing as much as possible! I'm just going to work very hard, to be the best I can be. I have been given this incredible opportunity and I hope to use it to the fullest, and not just be a model but a supermodel. I've got a meeting with Models 1 next week, which I'm really excited about, to talk about what is coming up next, and a shoot with Miss Selfridge, that's part of my prize, which I'm really looking forward to.
