Just in case you're not hooked on this US sci-fi drama series, a refresher. Everyone in the world blacks out at exactly the same time for two minutes and 17 seconds, during which they see their own lives six months into the future.
Tonight, Mark (Joseph Fiennes) attempts to track down the person responsible for texting Olivia (Sonya Walger) about his drinking during his flashforward vision.
Monday November 23: Life - BBC1, 9pm
Seventh of a 10-part documentary series narrated by the legendary David Attenborough and filmed in high definition using state-of-the-art techniques.
This week's episode of the superb documentary series travels to northern Kenya, the Falkland Islands and Canada for scenes of the bloodthirsty type. Prepare for cheetahs hunting ostriches, killer whales and more.
Monday November 23: I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! - ITV1, 9pm
The celebrities stuck in the Australian jungle have to cope with all kinds of creatures, a lack of food and a lack of comfort.
Ant and Dec provide the laughter (they're always on top form in the jungle) in addition to the latest news as the celebrities struggle to complete the daily tasks, and more importantly, the dreaded Bushtucker Trials.
Tuesday November 24: Paradox - BBC1, 9pm
Dr Christian King (Emun Elliot) starts receiving images of a terrible disaster. The only sticking point? It hasn't actually happened yet - it's in the future. He and Detective Inspector Rebecca Flint (Tamzin Outhwaite) are thrown together to try and find out what's happening.
This new sci-fi series has been dubbed 'the British FlashForward' - the themes certainly appear to be similar. It'll be interesting to watch and compare...
Wednesday November 25: UEFA Champions League - ITV1, 7.30pm
There is absolutely nothing at stake here: Manchester United have qualified for the knock-out stages but Turkey's Besiktas cannot. However, Sir Alex Ferguson will want to finish as group winners. Steve Rider presents.
Wednesday November 25: Spooks - BBC1, 9pm
It's more thrills with the MI5 team as this latest series of the espionage drama continues. This week, Lucas North's past catches up with him. Oleg Darshavin (Emil Hostina), his former Russian prison torturer, turns up with intelligence about a Sudanese terror attack on London. The cast includes Peter Firth (Harry Pearce), Miranda Raison (Jo Portman) and Richard Armitage (Lucas North).
Wednesday November 25: The Family - Channel 4, 9pm
Channel 4 looks set to make another clan famous. The spotlight's on fun-loving British Asian family the Grewals as cameras document the universal themes of family life.
Have to say, I'm loving this series; the Grewals are way more interesting than last year's lot (the Hughes). Tonight's episode is set against the backdrop of Father's Day. Tune in for some heartwarming stuff.
Thursday November 26: River Cottage - Channel 4, 8pm
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall shows us how we could all live if we had a TV deal and acres of prime Devon land. Enthusiastic, badly dressed and willing to eat the sort of things that even Bear Grylls would probably turn his nose up at, Hugh's a true TV original. This week, he's throwing a chilli and pumpkin party.
Thursday November 26: Modern Family - Sky1, 8pm
This smart comedy is one of the best new sitcoms around. Fact. This week, the Dunphys are on a mission to throw their son Luke the biggest (and best) birthday party. It's memorable for all the wrong reasons... If you haven't seen this show yet, I urge you to do so - it's hilarious.
Thursday November 26: Gavin and Stacey - BBC1, 9pm
An Essex lad and his Welsh other half; they went from chatting each other up on the phone to getting married in the space of a few weeks. In the first episode, Gavin starts his new job and the move to Barry Island means big changes for the whole family.
Smithy questions their friendship along with his own role as a father. Stars Mathew Horne, Joanna Page, James Corden, Ruth Jones, Rob Brydon, Larry Lamb and Alison Steadman. Plus, Pam Ferris will pop up as Smithy's mum.
Thursday November 26: Bones - Sky1, 9pm
Delectable crime duo Dr Temperance 'Bones' Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) get into a spot of crime-solving. But this week, grampa Booth is in town and accompanies his grandson on the case. Seeley's gramps is played by Ralph Waite, star of the legendary TV show The Waltons.
Friday November 27: The Sweeney - ITV4, 8pm
It's Hearts and Minds. What is it, you say? Only one of the most infamous episodes of The Sweeney in its history. Regan (the late, great John Thaw) and Carter (Dennis Waterman) meet comic legends Eric Morecambe and Ernie Wise. It's a long story - just watch the episode to see how this bizarre self-referential moment happened.
Saturday November 28: Strictly Come Dancing - BBC1, 6.50pm
The remaining dancing celebs will be doing their best to please the voting public. One unlucky star will be voted off tonight - will it be your favourite? Your hosts are Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly.

In tonight's episode, it's Thanksgiving eve but Princeton-Plainsboro's finest are showing no symptoms or signs of seasonal cheer. House and co. are finding very little to be thankful for and relations are strained all round. This week's patient is an exceptionally brilliant physicist who spiralled into depression and addiction. Oh well, he's got absolutely nothing in common with House then.
