Britain’s Got Talent hits London!
Simon Cowell certainly knows how to make an entrance. MSN TV waited with the eager crowds in the freezing cold at London's Britain's Got Talent auditions for more than two hours for the judge to arrive. But, it was worth it.
The judge, whose absence was notably felt on last year's show, arrived to the first day of the London auditions in a swanky Rolls Royce to a mass of screaming fans.
Spotting our opportunity to speak to the media mogul, we grabbed Simon for a quick question and asked him if he thought the winner of this year's Britain's Got Talent will be in London - he answered:
"There's a good chance, yeah we always get good people here. Yeah, I'm kind of optimistic - ask me again in three hours."

Simon Cowell took time to greet his fans at the London Britain's Got Talent auditions.
The crowd were also keen to greet the other judges as they arrived, including newbie Alesha Dixon who confessed that she was excited to work with guest judge Carmen Electra, who was replacing Amanda Holden - she said:
"I can't wait to meet Carmen, I heard a lot about her, she seems like a lot of fun. I think Simon's got the hots for her, so I'll have to keep the boys under control, so I'll be her security guard for the day, it's OK."
Carmen herself looked excited, if a little nervous, when she met the awaiting crowd and the Baywatch actress shouted to us that she was "really excited to be on the show."
She looked stunning in leather trousers and sky-scraper heels, so we imagine that Alesha was right when she said that she'd have to keep Simon and David away from her!
We also took some time to chat to the audience and it soon became clear that the majority of people wanted a dog act to steal the Britain's Got Talent crown this year - could this be the year of the dog?
After speaking to the crowds and the judges, we can't wait to finally see the auditions when they go on the telly later on in the year...
SO MR COWELL ARE YOU GONNE DO WHAT YOU DID LAST YEAR GIVE SOME OF THE TOP ACTS 3 YES'S yes 3 YES' S THEN INVITE THEM DOWN TO LONDON FOR THE LIVE FINALS IN LONDON. ONLY TO PHONE THEM 2 DAYS BEFORE THEY FLY DOWN AND GIVE THEM A WEE SNEAKY BEHIND THE SCENES PHONE CALL TO BREAK AND SHATTER THEIR DREAMS IN SECONDS . THEN TO GO ONTO PUTTING PEOPLE THROUGH WITH ONLY 2 OR LESS YES'S YOU KNOW WHO WE MEAN SIMON...YOUR A DISGRACE ITS A COMPETITION BUT YOU SIMON MAKE THE RULES UP AS YOU GO ALONG. YES IT'S ME AGAIN MR 3 YES'S FROM GLASGOW., PETER SPIDER.... HOPE YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT CAUSE A CANT.....YOUR RATINGS THIS WILL NO DOUBT TELL THE SAME STORY..
Britain really HAS got talent, so please let's see some of it this year, instead of the acts Simon deems will make entertainment for the show regardless of the talent of the act.
We don't just want to giggle or cringe Simon, we want to see that Britain has in fact got talent and would rather see more of the good stuff this time please.
That way everyone's a winner, the show, the acts, the public and Simon's purse will inevitably grow, because more of us will tune in to watch.
Take some advice Simon from a member of the public for once.
Thanks, ( please read this Simon.)
