E4's supernatural drama Misfits is back for its fourth series. But the popular TV show lost three crucial cast members at the end of the previous one: Lauren Socha (who played Kelly), Iwan Rheon (as Simon) and Antonia Thomas (who played Alisha).
Misfits fans shouldn't fret though; there are new faces to get acquainted with. However, with such a dramatic cast shift, will Misfits still have the same magic?
Some viewers have vowed not to watch the new series because of the cast revamp; others are still remaining loyal to the show.
We will have to wait and see how the cast change affects the show's popularity, but this usually signals the beginning of the end: Shameless, Beverly Hills 90210, Being Human, Happy Days... Just a few TV shows judged to have been stronger in the earlier days with their original cast.
