Miss Dynamix are concerned that they could fall foul to the public backlash of a 'free pass', while Abi Alton is back in rehearsals after her fall.

Miss Dynamix are counting their lucky stars to be performing this weekend after they were forced to pull out of last week's show when SeSe collapsed.

The trio were given a free pass after it was revealed that Sese was six months pregnant and had been rushed to hospital. They may have skipped a performance but surely the public will be kind?

Band member Jeanette told Entertainmentwise: "We feel privileged but we feel a lot of pressure because we know with the history of The X Factor, everyone who's given a lifeline usually leaves the next week so we want to break that curse and we wanna prove to people that we actually do it."

Fingers crossed that viewers at home will understand and give you a chance ladies, you are one of the best acts we've got!

Meanwhile, Abi Alton is recovering well after her fall during Sunday night's show. The quirky singer suffered a back injury and admits that she's resting between rehearsals to try to get back on form.

"I hurt it when I was coming off stage after the group song - I was putting my microphone in a box and I lost my balance, and landed on the edge of a step. It was incredibly painful but I didn’t know if I was going to be in the sing-off at that point and I thought it was important I should go on for the results and sing if I needed to. I was in agony.

“After the show, I went to hospital to be checked out and the doctors said I have bruised the bone in my back and I need to rest it, which I’ve been doing."

Who would you like to see leave this weekend?
What if Sese goes into labour by Christmas! Dermot to the rescue?

X factor 2013 hopeful Shelley Smith is the second act to leave in a result that wasn't a total surprise. Kingsland Road landed in the sing-off after losing the flash vote on Saturday night, while Shelley received the lowest number of votes from the general public.

Rex
Gary Barlow and Sharon Osbourne both opted to save their own acts while Nicole Scherzinger voted to send Shelley home. Louis Walsh had the all-important vote so Mrs O covered him in kisses in an attempt to keep Shelley in the competition.

'I'll do anything!' she screamed.  Hmmm... did Sharon really think she could tempt Louis? He refused to fold: 'Shelley, you have a fantastic voice, but I have to go with the act I think has the most potential.'

Shelley was thankful for the opportunity: ‘I just want to say thank you to X Factor. I’ve had the time of my life and Mrs O is amazing.’

Her mentor added: ‘I’m gutted, I’m absolutely gutted. I can’t put it into words.’

Sharon has just one act left now: prison officer Sam Bailey. Her loss of acts is due to poor song choices - she'll have to think carefully about Sam's performances if she's to remain in the competition.

Who will be next for the chop?
Did the right act leave?

X Factor 2004 winner Steve Brookstein has mocked media claims that he was 'disappointed' after being excluded from The X Factor - The Greatest Hits.

(C) PA Images
The singer won X Factor Series 1 under the guidance of Simon Cowell, but is now known more for criticising the talent show and Syco boss after being snubbed.

Brookstein initially tweeted: "I've not made the X Factor Greatest Hits Album. Thanks for the 1st ever X Factor No1 and the 6 million votes. Just wasn't enough I guess."

But after the press publicised his apparent bitterness, he added:

"Seeing how the tabloids report my response to not being in the X Factor album. Apparently saying I'm not angry means I'm secretly angry."

"I'm not angry, mildly amused is a better description."

"I'm angry with dodgy bankers and energy prices. If being excluded from an album with One Direction makes you angry you are also nuts." Funny guy eh? I like him.

Previous winners Leona Lewis, JLS, Matt Cardle, One Direction, Joe McElderry, Shayne Ward, Alexandra Burke, Little Mix and James Arthur will feature on The X Factor - The Greatest Hits album alongside Lucy Spraggan, Diana Vickers, Aiden Grimshaw and Misha B who failed to reach the final.

2007 X Factor winner Leon Jackson has also been ignored. Like Steve before him, his winning single made it to number one but he's invisible when it comes to the album listings.

Having interviewed Steve myself after he won the X Factor, I can't imagine him to be disappointed at all. Frankly the guy is more than aware of how the media and music industry works and is open and honest about his experiences and how he feels he was treated. He felt aggrieved, he said so and sadly it appears he paid the price.

Brookstein has performed and recorded his own music for years now and has been snubbed by the X Factor at every turn, he's used to it. How can you be disappointed if you expect nothing less? Plus he's far too laid back to care!

I mean come on, didn't Simon Cowell give us all a clue on how things are when Will Young won Pop Idol? Moments after the winner was revealed he said, "I think he'll be trouble, I don't think he'll do as he's told". Hmmm...

Do you think all winners should have been included on the album or just those who agree with Simon?

X Factor judge, Louis Walsh wants Judges Houses reject Paul Akister to return next year.

(C) ITV
The 61 year old revealed all while speaking to This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. He admitted he was 'happy' with his final three but genuinely wanted Akister in the live shows.

"I hated having to send Paul home because he's an amazing singer. I do hope he comes back next year. I really really do."

Days ago, a member of the public started a petition to 'bring Paul Akister back' and the page has already pulled over 57,000 likes.

Presenter Holly Willoughby pointed out that the singer was a fan favourite on social networks, to which Louis replied: "I don't listen to Twitter, I don't even look at Twitter, I go with my heart and I picked the best three I thought were best for this year."

Louis was convinced that Paul could return and make the finals, so much so he compared Akister to X Factor 2008 winner Alexandra Burke. "I had Alexandra Burke, she didn't get through from my judges home and she came back and won the competition. I think Paul can come back and do the same thing. Love love love his voice."

Do you think Paul should have gone?
Did Louis make the right choice?

All the latest news and gossip from X Factor 2013...

It's that time again X Factor fans, this weekend the judges Final 24 must be slashed in 24 hours to bring us their Final 12. Who's your money on? Here's a look at who's who, where they'll be jetting off to and a sneak peek at Judges Homes.

(C) ITV
Rough Copy, Kingsland, Brick City, Code 4, Xyra and Stop Look Listen were the groups chosen to join Gary and guest mentor Olly Murs at Gary's house in New York.

(C) ITV
Judge Nicole Scherzinger, centre, chose Abbie Alton, Tamera Foster, Hannah Barrett, Jade Richards, Relley Clarke and Melanie McCabe to be in her final six and join her at her house in Antigua.

(C) ITV
In the over-25 category, Andrea Magee, Shelley Smith, Sam Bailey, Zoe Devlin, Lorna Simpson and Joseph Whelan will jet off to Sharon Osborne's house in Los Angeles, California.

(C) ITV
And finally, Luke Friend, Giles Potter, Nicholas McDonald, Paul Akister, Ryan Mathie and Sam Callahan will be jetting off to San Tropez in France with Louis Walsh.

(C) ITV
Each judge can only take three acts through to the live finals and their guest mentors are on hand to help.

Gary Barlow has X Factor's very own Olly Murs, Robbie Williams steps up for Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger is backed by R&B songstress Mary J Blige. Louis Walsh appears to need more than one guest, why on earth does he have three? - All Saints' Nicole Appleton, Westlife's Shane Filan and (please leave the palm leaves at home) Sinitta.

You can take who you like to the live finals Shazza on the provision that I can take Robbie home. Highlight of Judges Homes for me, you can't beat a bit of Bob. Phwoar!

(C) ITV
And speaking of the 'phwoar' factor, Joseph Whelan managed to fly through Bootcamp this year and secure his place at Judges Homes. In 2012 Joseph failed to reach this stage and it's pretty obvious from this sneak peek that he is one to watch. After nailing the nerves, he looks to be coming out fighting. Can he make the live finals?

(C) ITVIf you're a regular follower of our X Factor live tweets, you'll know that I predicted a move for SeeSee from Dynamix by Bootcamp's end.

Predictable as ever, Gary Barlow took soloists Rielle Carrington and Jeanette Akua and teamed them up with SeeSee to create Miss Dynamix. Took a lot to think that one up didn't it?

The name may be lame but the vocal ability is not - if these three don't make the live finals I'll rush the stage in a studded cap and gold hotpants myself!

(C) ITVNo, I'm not tipping Luke Friend for the finals. I just want to plead with everyone to buy him a bottle of shampoo!

Who would you like to see make the X Factor Final 12?

Former Xtra Factor host, Olly Murs has revealed being a guest judge on The X Factor was one of his proudest moments.

(C) PA Images
The reality pop star, who was runner-up on the ITV show in 2009, confirmed he will help Gary Barlow during the Judges' Houses stage.

He wrote on Facebook: "Hey all, so there have been loads of rumours about it & I can confirm that YES I'll be Gary Barlow's Guest Judge on this year's X Factor next weekend. Very proud moment for me, going full circle from contestant to judge."

Another member of Take That will also grace our screens as Robbie Williams steps up for Sharon Osbourne's. Nicole Scherzinger will be backed by R&B songstress Mary J Blige and Louis Walsh appears to need more than one guest, he has three - All Saints' Nicole Appleton, Westlife's Shane Filan and (it wouldn't be the X Factor without her) Sinitta.

As well as revealing that he would be Gary's guest judge, Olly revealed he may give Simon Cowell a run for his money. "It was hard to be on the other side, especially with me knowing how the contestants are feeling. The New Mr Nasty haha lol ;)"

Do you think Olly's a good choice?

X Factor hopeful SeeSee refuses to turn her back on her Dynamix bandmates when Gary Barlow advises her to go solo.

(C) ITV

Funk trio Dynamix peformed Let’s Get It Started by the Black Eyed Peas at Wembley Arena but Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger only had time for SeeSee, a 22-year-old mum-of-one.

Nicole Scherzinger, who will mentor the girls category in the live shows, wanted SeeSee and believed she was carrying the boys: ‘SeeSee is the star of this – she is the only one I saw in that performance.’

Sharon Osbourne agreed: ‘It’s the chemistry, I think that it’s lacking chemistry between the three of you.’

Gary Barlow pulled no punches and advised that it was a case of leave the boys and go solo or miss her chance of fame.

Sobbing, SeeSee replied: ‘I want this so much, to change my life personally and for my daughter – but I think I’m going to say no.’

Do you think she made the right choice?
