X Factor: Jade Ellis is out while Union J survive

Rylan Clark's still in too!

Jade Ellis is the next contestant to leave the X Factor. After an emotional sing-off Gary Barlow made the final decision and ousted Jade over Union J. "I'm worried I want it for you more than you do."

Controversial contestant Rylan Clark was both shocked and surprised to bag the public vote along with a terrified and trembling Christopher Maloney.

Union J were not so lucky. They were devastated to hear they were in the bottom two and hoped to give what could be their swan song, their best shot.

The boys chose to perform Pink's Perfect and although they had a nervous start, they brought it together to impress the judges. Jade's rendition of Dido's White Flag wowed Tulisa but the remaining judges were sceptical. "That's my girl up there. You sang your heart out!"

Nicole Scherzinger felt Jade no longer needed the show: "Jade, I know that with a voice like that... you'll get a record deal. You are a recording artist. The act I'm sending home is Jade."

Gary Barlow agreed, though he doubted her commitment: "Jade, you are a phenomenal vocalist. But I'm worried I want this for you more than you do."

What a farce; are the public deaf; surely they know Rylan is utter rubbish not even  good enough to sing in bars in Spain; whereas Jade has a great voice and no way should she have been voted out. Tulisa will be eating her words,(Rylan gives it his all every week)  i dont think his all is anywhere as good as Jades.

Barlow is a very talented man; he knows his stuff he's the only one to say what they all think Rylan hasnt got an ounce of talent; he's a wanna be.. **** off Rylan.

I think Tulisa should apologise to Jade and help her career after she made her dress like that and sing that song last night.  She had to go and Tulisa is to blame.

Rylan definately should be out, the X Factor is a singing competition.  Rylan should be on Britains Got Talent. I thought Jade was great and I really hope she can make a career out of this now.

If the judges hadn't picked him in the first place there wouldn't be this situation now,yes Rylan is keeping talent out, it's not bad enough having to watch Rylan, Tulisa looked like the Michellin man in drag in that outfit she had on.

Surely the point of a TALENT show is to pick the person who has the best talent?So why throw out the one who IS really talented?

every year we get a joke of an act,this year is Rylan.All the judges say its a singing competion,they had a chance to rid of this chap and screwy lewey bottled it.They are playing with peoples careers,but they dont give a damn as long as the show causes controversy and keep the show in the limelight.Rylan should not of got through judges homes,let alone the last few weeks,its just one big farce and thats a shame.

What an absolute travesty!.....Jade has more talent in her little finger than any of those boys who can't sing a note. Also, makes you wonder what would have happened if that Lucy hadn't been put through automatically!!.....​.Can't stand James Arthur either.....still, Ella has the best voice of all....hope she wins :)

Why if Nicole "I can't make a decision" Scherzinger clearly indentifies Jade as a recording artist, then why the hell did she vote to keep can't sing to save their lives No Vocal Union on the show.

 

And how can Barlow,the dullest person on television today, (and I include Micael Winner for comparison), possibly know how much Jade wants to be on the show. Totally unprofessional Gary.

 

The only person on the panel who knows her own mind and speaks it is Tulisa
